California CEO is now accepting company nominations for "Best Companies to Work For" in the State of California. The extensive review process to determine the top companies will then begin.  Participating companies will fill out online surveys that feature questions in ten categories, including benefits, work environment, communication and leadership.  The results are tabulated and passed along to an independent panel of judges.

California CEO's "Best Companies to Work For" will honor workplace excellence among the best small, medium-size, and large companies in the state as well as not-for-profit/government organizations.  Take this opportunity to nominate a company you respect, including your own!
